Adam Coman učitel hebrejštiny
I teach Hebrew and English. I believe Students should like and enjoy languages – in spite of the difficulties they present (Hebrew especially). Learning languages not just as a means for understanding literal meaning – technology is increasingly answering this need – but also as a platform for learning about different cultures and societies. Quite often, learning new languages and about different cultures encourages us to reflect on our own everyday realities and things we take for granted. I try to give students a wide variety of linguistic experiences, from everyday usage, such as daily interactions, internet language and commercials, through more specific forms, such as scientific articles, songs, and literary texts. Students are also encouraged to use language freely and confidently, without fear of making mistakes.
